Orange Cranberry Bread
I'm not big on sweets but I do love me a good bread, muffin, anything that features a fruit! This Orange Cranberry Bread was so moist and delicious! The flavor that the orange and zest bring, it's amazing! Then you have those plump cranberries! I'm such a sucker for cranberry! I wish it was featured more besides just in the Fall! That's why I decided to make this bread, missing some cranberry in my life! My family loved this bread served warm with some melted butter for breakfast. Yum!
Ingredients
- 1.75 cups1.75 cups1.75 cups All Purpose Flour
- 1.75 cups1.75 cups1.75 cups Cranberries, Fresh, frozen, not thawed
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Granulated White Sugar

- 5 Tbsp5 Tbsp5 Tbsp Butter, Salted, softened

- 111 Egg
- 222 Orange, Juice and zest from

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Milk

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Vanilla Extract

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Baking Powder

- .75 tsp.75 tsp.75 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Avocado Oil Spray, or cooking spray of choice

- Preheat oven to 350 F and lightly grease an 8x4 loaf pan
- In a medium sized bowl, beat sugar, egg, and butter until creamed
- In a large sized bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and baking powder until combined
- Finally, in a small sized bowl, whisk orange zest, juice, and milk until combine
- Stir the orange and milk mixture into the creamed sugar, then dump into the large bowl with the flour
- Beat the mixture until well mixed and a batter forms
- Gently fold in the frozen cranberries and scoop into prepared loaf pan. Bake an hour
- Bread is done when an inserted center toothpick comes out with just a few wet bits on it. Let bread cool for 10 minutes before moving to cooling rack
- Serve Orange Cranberry Bread warm with butter on it!
