Oven Broiled Chicken Tikka Wraps (Edit recipe)

This is such a fun and delicious meal. Serve with my garlic yogurt sauce, naan bread, onion, cucumber, and you are all set! My family can’t get enough of these.

Ingredients

Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. In a bowl, combine entire marinade and then mix in chunks of chicken. Cover and refrigerate for 1+ hours, if possible. Overnight is ideal!
  2. Soak four wooden skewers in water for 15-20 min to prevent them from burning
  3. When ready to cook, preheat the oven on your broil setting (550F). Thread the meat onto wooden skewers and place on an oven-safe wire rack that fits inside of a rimmed baking sheet. Broil on oven rack that is approx 6 inches from top burner. Cook for 12-13 minutes depending on the size of your chicken.
  4. Slice chicken tikka in half, place on warm naan bread with garlic yogurt sauce, cucumber, and onion or simply enjoy chicken tikka on a salad!

Notes

You should marinate chicken for at LEAST an hour. It needs time to let all of that flavor soak up. TIP: DOUBLE recipe, you will want leftovers 😉 Optional: I like to line the baking sheet with foil for easier cleaning.
