Paleo and Whole30 Gravy
Paleo and Whole30 Gravy using our Noble Made Classic Poultry Seasoning!
Ingredients
- 4 Tbsp4 Tbsp4 Tbsp Ghee
- 1/4 cup1/4 cup1/4 cup Cassava Flour
- 2 cups2 cups2 cups free range, organic Chicken Stock, or Turkey stock (or broth for both)
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Organic Poultry Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp1/2 tsp1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/4 tsp1/4 tsp1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
- Salt, to taste

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Over medium heat, melt the butter/ghee/palm shortening.
- Slowly add in the flour while rapidly mixing with a fork.
- Turn the heat between medium and medium-high. Very slowly, pour in the broth while stirring rapidly. Try to fully mix each pour liquid before adding more.
- When broth is fully incorporated, lower to medium and add in Noble Made Classic Poultry Seasoning, black pepper, garlic powder and salt, continuing to stir.
- When it is salted to your liking, turn off the heat and enjoy!
