Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Add chicken to a large bowl. Add in mayo, salt, pepper, garlic oil, poppy seeds, lemon zest and juice, chives and pineapple. Stir well until everything is well mixed.
  2. Top with macadamias right before serving so they stay crunchy.

Notes

*Bake chicken for 35 minutes at 400° if using boneless skinless breasts. Time will be less if using tenders or thighs.
