- 252525 Organic Pitted Medjool Dates - Thrive Market
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Apples, Honeycrisp, diced
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Pecans, chopped
- 444 Organic Pitted Medjool Dates - Thrive Market
- 555 Apricots, Dried
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice, combination of cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Almond Flour
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Baking Chocolate Chips, melted with 1/4 tsp coconut oil
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Tony's Trail Mix: Chocolate, Pistachio, Cranberry & Coconut - Nana Joes, for decorating
- 3 Tbsp3 Tbsp3 Tbsp Almond Butter, for drizzling

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Honey
- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Cinnamon, Ground, or more if desired
- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Salt
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Walnuts, finely chopped
- 0.50.50.5 Apple, Granny Smith, finely chopped
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Dark Chocolate Chips
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Olive Oil
- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Sea Salt
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results

- In a food processor, pulse together the apples, pecans, dates, apricots, spice, and almond flour until a sticky mixture forms. Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Add a tsp of the charoset mixture to each date. Dunk it into the melted chocolate and sprinkle with dried fruit/nut trail mix. Drizzle almond butter on top. Put in the refrigerator to set.

- In a small bowl, combine almond butter, honey, cinnamon and salt. Add chopped walnuts and apples and mix well. Add a spoonful of filling to each date and lay on a parchment lined baking sheet. Then melt chocolate chips with olive oil just until combined and drizzle over dates. Top with flakey salt and refrigerate to set.
