peanut butter chocolate chip banana protein cookie
blood sugar balancing cookies?! these are the perfect little sweet treat. sometimes I like to spread a little pb & make a cookie sandwich with them!
Ingredients
- 222 Banana
- 222 Eggs
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Organic Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1.5 cup1.5 cup1.5 cup One Degree Organic Oats
- 1.5 cup1.5 cup1.5 cup Hemp Hearts
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Chocolate Protein Powder (Be Well by Kelly)
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Sugar-free Dark Chocolate Chips
- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Redmond Real Salt

Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- preheat oven to 350.
- in a bowl, mash bananas, then whisk in eggs, vanilla, extract, & peanut butter.
- add oats, hemp hearts, & protein powder to liquid mixture & mix.
- fold in chocolate chips.
- scoop out cookies using a small or large cookie scoop, then top with flaky sea salt.
- bake for 13-15 minutes.
- once done cooking, option to use a round object to get cookies into more of a circle shape.
- allow to cool & enjoy!
