Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine all of the wet ingredients.
  3. Add the dry ingredients, except the chocolate chips, and combine until a dough forms.
  4. Add in the chocolate chunks / chips (reserve a few to top the cookies with).
  5. Use a small ice cream scooper (or just a spoon) to scoop the batter and place on the baking sheet. Repeat until all of the dough has been used (I made about 18-20 small cookies - these do expand so make sure there is space between them).
  6. Top with any additional chocolate chunks / chips.
  7. Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes.
  8. Option to broil for 2 minutes (being very careful to watch them or they will burn). If you choose to not broil them, cook for an additional 3-5 minutes until they are golden brown!
