Pineapple Thai Shrimp
If you love shrimp and flavor and one pan meals then this Pineapple Thai Shrimp dish is for you! So much flavor and texture. I love that Saucy Lips sauces pack so much flavor and are so versatile! This dish comes together quick and is super easy too!
Ingredients
- 1 lb1 lb1 lb Shrimp, Raw, deveined and tails off

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Cumin, Ground

- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Salt

- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Black Pepper

- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Sesame Oil

- 1.5 cups1.5 cups1.5 cups Green Cabbage, shredded
- 1.5 cups1.5 cups1.5 cups Red Cabbage, shredded
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Carrots, shredded
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Red Bell Pepper, seeded and diced
- 4 - 5 whole4 - 5 whole4 - 5 whole Green Onion (Scallion), sliced

- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Pineapple, fresh or canned cut in small chunks, can add more if you like
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Lime, 1/2 juiced, 1/2 sliced for garnish

- 5 oz5 oz5 oz Pineapple Thai Dressing & Marinade - Saucy Lips

- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Cilantro, fresh, chopped

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Heat sesame oil in large skillet
- Add spice and stir 30 seconds
- Add shrimp and toss to coat in spice cooking 2 minutes each side and move to a plate
- Add cabbage, carrots, onions and pepper and cook till cabbage begins to get soft but do not over cook as you want some crunch for texture
- Add pineapple and Thai pineapple sauce and lime juice
- Stir well to combine
- Add shrimp back to pan with cilantro, cover and simmer 2-3 minutes just long enough for shrimp to reheat
- Garnish with lime slices
