- .5 cup.5 cup.5 cup Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Salt

- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Cacao Nibs, Organic, Raw

- In a medium-sized bowl, combine almond flour, protein powder, and sea salt.
- Add cashew butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix until a dough forms.
- If the mixture feels too dry, add a small splash of plant-based milk (or water) one teaspoon at a time.
- If too sticky, add a little more almond flour or protein powder.
- Fold in the cacao nibs
- Roll the dough into small, bite-sized balls using your hands (about 1 inch in diameter).
- Place the bites on a lined plate or tray and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes to firm up.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.
