  1. In a medium-sized bowl, combine almond flour, protein powder, and sea salt.
  2. Add cashew butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. If the mixture feels too dry, add a small splash of plant-based milk (or water) one teaspoon at a time.
  4. If too sticky, add a little more almond flour or protein powder.
  5. Fold in the cacao nibs
  6. Roll the dough into small, bite-sized balls using your hands (about 1 inch in diameter).
  7. Place the bites on a lined plate or tray and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes to firm up.
  8. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.
