These high protein Cookie Dough Froyo Popsicles are creamy & delicious! Made from plain yogurt, peanut butter, vegan protein powder and a small amount of maple syrup, these popsicles are a healthy, protein-packed treat!
Ingredients
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt, use dairy-free, for vegan
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Vegan Protein Powder
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Unsweetened Cashew Butter
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup, add more maple syrup, as needed for sweetness
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Semi-Sweet Mini Chocolate Chips, use dairy-free, for vegan
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Sugar-free Dark Chocolate Chips, use dairy-free, for vegan

- Spoon into a popsicle mold & freeze.
