Pumpkin Spice Collagen Latte
There's nothing better than a warm pumpkin spice latte on a cozy fall afternoon. If you're not a fan of pumpkin spice already, this healthified version of a PSL will be the one to convert you! It's not too sweet and full of whole-food collagen protein. It doesn't get much better than that!
Ingredients
- .5 cup.5 cup.5 cup Chicken Bone Broth, Bonafide Provisions
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup strongly brewed Coffee, organic
- 1-2 Tbsp1-2 Tbsp1-2 Tbsp Pumpkin Purée, organic
- 1-2 Tbsp1-2 Tbsp1-2 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Coconut Cream, or grass-fed raw cream / half and half
- Vanilla Extract, a splash
- .5 tsp.5 tsp.5 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch ground Cloves
- 1/8 tsp1/8 tsp1/8 tsp ground Nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp1/8 tsp1/8 tsp ground Ginger
- Whole Cinnamon Stick, OR whipped cream (optional)

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Heat bone broth, cream, maple syrup, vanilla, and pumpkin puree on the stove until heated to the desired temperature.
- Whisk in spices.
- Pour hot coffee into a mug, then add heated cream mixture
- Top with whipped cream, pumpkin pie spice, and a cinnamon stick!
