Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper, then add cauliflower florets. Spray or toss with avocado oil, sprinkle with sea salt and pepper, then roast for 25 minutes.
  2. Remove from oven and let cool for about 10 minutes, then add to high powered blender. Add in tahini, lemon juice, bone broth, garlic, cayenne, salt and pepper, then blend on high until smooth.
  3. If it's too thick add additional bone broth, 1 tbsp at a time.
  4. Pour hummus into a serving dish, drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle fresh parsley.
