another DELICIOUS recipe using one of my fav nutrient dense ingredients: sardines! i know canned seafood on it's own is stinky & not everyone's favorite, but all it needs is a few other yummy ingredients & you won't even know you're eating sardines.

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. preheat oven to 400.
  2. in a skillet, saute peppers & onions.
  3. add in sardines & salsa to veggies; cook for another 3-4 minutes.
  4. add premade cauliflower crust to a pan & bake for 5 minutes to reheat.
  5. add refried ranchero beans & sardine mixture to flatbread, then place back in the oven for 5 minutes.
  6. while flatbreads are cooking, fry an egg to your preference.
  7. remove flatbread from oven, then top with fried egg, cotija cheese, & cilantro.
