Sesame Salmon
I love prepping salmon this with sesame bagel spice, it just works so well! These wild caught salmon filets from US Wellness meats were so tender and delicious, we will definitely be making these again.
Ingredients
- 1 lb1 lb1 lb Salmon Filet, Wild Caught

- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Sea Salt

- .5 tsp.5 tsp.5 tsp Everything Bagel Seasoning

- 4 Tbsp4 Tbsp4 Tbsp Butter, Unsalted

- 2 cloves2 cloves2 cloves Garlic, minced

- .5 cup.5 cup.5 cup Red Onion, chopped
- .5 cup.5 cup.5 cup White Wine
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Barrel Aged Tamari Soy Sauce - Jozo

- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Lemon, sliced and zested

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Prep your filets in the morning with sea salt, bagel spice fresh garlic, red onion, thin sliced lemon, and some lemon zest.
- Get your skillet up to high heat and add butter, wine, soy sauce, remaining garlic and onion.
- Add your salmon and cook for 10 minutes, basting with your butter/wine sauce every couple of minutes
- Cook until salmon reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees and serve over a bed of crispy potatoes, rice, or quinoa with a side salad
