I love prepping salmon this with sesame bagel spice, it just works so well! These wild caught salmon filets from US Wellness meats were so tender and delicious, we will definitely be making these again.

  1. Prep your filets in the morning with sea salt, bagel spice fresh garlic, red onion, thin sliced lemon, and some lemon zest.
  2. Get your skillet up to high heat and add butter, wine, soy sauce, remaining garlic and onion.
  3. Add your salmon and cook for 10 minutes, basting with your butter/wine sauce every couple of minutes
  4. Cook until salmon reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees and serve over a bed of crispy potatoes, rice, or quinoa with a side salad
