Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. in a large skillet, saute onion, peppers, zucchini, & squash.
  2. cook for 6-8 minutes (if using a lot of veggies, may need to do it in batches).
  3. transfer veggies to crockpot, then add meat to pan & brown.
  4. while cooking the meat, add all seasonings & mix well.
  5. mix in tomato paste with meat.
  6. transfer cooked meat to crockpot along with remaining ingredients, except the pasta, cream cheese, greek yogurt, & cheese.
  7. stir chili well, then place slow cooker on high heat for 3-4 hours (or on low for 6-8 hours).
  8. taste & adjust seasonings as needed.
  9. with 20-30 minutes left, add pasta.
  10. stir in the cream cheese, greek yogurt, & cheese just before serving.
  11. top with additional cheese & enjoy!
