Slow Cooker Crawfish Boil

- 1/2 tsp1/2 tsp1/2 tsp Cardamom Seed, ground
- 1/4 tsp1/4 tsp1/4 tsp ground Nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp1/4 tsp1/4 tsp ground Cloves
- 1/4 tsp1/4 tsp1/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp1/4 tsp1/4 tsp ground Ginger

Pre-Boiled Crawfish
- Spray slow cooker with cooking spray.
- Add all ingredients to the slow cooker. Stir to mix well.
- Cook HIGH 2-3 hours or LOW 4-6.
- Drain the water and serve.
Fresh Crawfish
- Add all the ingredients EXCEPT the crawfish to the slow cooker. Stir to mix well.
- Cook HIGH for 2-3 hours of LOW 4-6.
- Gently stir in crawfish and cook an additional 15-30 minutes.
- Drain the water and serve.
