  1. Spray slow cooker with cooking spray.
  2. Add all ingredients to the slow cooker. Stir to mix well.

  4. Drain the water and serve.

Fresh Crawfish

  1. Add all the ingredients EXCEPT the crawfish to the slow cooker. Stir to mix well.
  2. Cook HIGH for 2-3 hours of LOW 4-6.
  3. Gently stir in crawfish and cook an additional 15-30 minutes.
  4. Drain the water and serve.
