Spicy Marinated Steak With Pork Rinds (Edit recipe)

This steak marinade will make your steaks juicy, tender and full of flavour! Served with my spicy and tangy cilantro dressing recipe and pork rinds for even more flavour and texture.

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Combine all the ingredients to a baking dish except for the (garlic) butter if using. Mix well.
  2. Add in the steak and marinade in the refrigerator for 4-6 hours.
  3. Preheat the grill on medium heat (395°F-400°F). Grill for 7 minutes and then flip the steak. Grill for another 3-5 minutes.
  4. Top steak with (garlic) butter during the last 2 minutes of grilling. Remove steak from grill and torch if desired (optional).
  5. Let rest for 5 minutes. Slice into bite size pieces and serve with spicy & tangy cilantro dressing and pork rinds (optional).
