Strawberries and Cream Baked Oats Slice
If you need a high protein breakfast that is quick, easy and meal prep friendly then you need to try this delicious baked oats slice that only needs 6 simple ingredients!
Ingredients
- 2 whole2 whole2 whole Banana, peeled
- 2 cups2 cups2 cups Rolled Oats
- 60 grams60 grams60 grams Vanilla Buttercream Almond Protein Powder (Macro Mike), optional, but helps with flavour/texture
- 400 ml400 ml400 ml Soy Milk, or any milk of choice
- 400 grams400 grams400 grams Strawberry Yogurt
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Strawberries, sliced

Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- In a baking dish, mix together the mashed banana, oats, protein powder, and milk, until well combined.
- Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes.
- Leave to cool for 5 mins, then top with a layer of @yoproau strawberry yogurt and sliced strawberries.
- Slice into how ever many portions you desire and store in the fridge in a sealed container.
- When ready to eat, either microwave your serving for 1 minute or enjoy it cold!
Notes
Store in fridge for up to 4-5 days.
