If you need a high protein breakfast that is quick, easy and meal prep friendly then you need to try this delicious baked oats slice that only needs 6 simple ingredients!

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. In a baking dish, mix together the mashed banana, oats, protein powder, and milk, until well combined.
  3. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes.
  4. Leave to cool for 5 mins, then top with a layer of @yoproau strawberry yogurt and sliced strawberries.
  5. Slice into how ever many portions you desire and store in the fridge in a sealed container.
  6. When ready to eat, either microwave your serving for 1 minute or enjoy it cold!

Notes

Store in fridge for up to 4-5 days.
