Strawberry Basil Lime Salad
Strawberries and basil belong together, and this salad leans all the way into it: baby spinach, sliced strawberries, torn basil, chickpeas for substance, sunflower kernels and pumpkin seeds for crunch, and shaved Parmesan. The dressing is where the lime comes in — honey, olive oil, balsamic and lime juice, which is an unusual pairing with balsamic and the reason this tastes like more than a spinach salad. Dress it right before it goes on the table.
