This creamy, refreshing Strawberry Lemonade Protein Smoothie is made with simple ingredients and is perfect for summer. Bursting with bright, fruity flavor and over 20 grams of plant-based protein, it makes a satisfying breakfast or energizing post-workout snack.
Ingredients
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Frozen Strawberries
- 0.50.50.5 Banana, frozen, optional
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Vanilla Protein Powder, or 1 serving (mine is 30g)
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Coconut Milk Yogurt, vanilla or strawberry flavored
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Almond Milk, or milk of choice or coconut water, more as needed
- 0.50.50.5 Lemon, zest and juice

Process

- Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender and blend until smooth and creamy, adding more milk or coconut water as needed to reach desired consistency.
