Strawberry Mint Lemonade (Edit recipe)

Strawberries, lemon, fresh mint and ice in a blender. Three cups of strawberries carry most of the sweetness, so the maple syrup is optional and we usually leave it out. Drink it straight away. It separates within a few minutes of blending, and stirring it back together is never quite the same.

Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. In a high speed blender, blend all ingredients together. Enjoy right away to prevent separation.
  2. Note: these measurements can all be adjusted to your liking. To make it sweeter, add more strawberries or honey/maple syrup. To make it more tart, add extra lemons. To make it more slush-like, add more ice.
