Chocolate Oat Crumb Bars (Vegan)
A pressed oat base, a layer of chocolate melted into coconut cream, and the rest of the dough crumbled over the top. Completely dairy-free, and nobody has ever guessed. The coconut cream does exactly what butter and milk would have done.
The chocolate layer stays soft as the bars cool, so let them go properly cold before you cut them or you will get one long smear instead of squares.
