Watermelon Mint Lime Slushies
All you need are four simple ingredients to make this cool, refreshing summer drink. Citrusy, tangy, and sweet!
Blend the watermelon, lime juice and mint smooth before the ice goes anywhere near the blender — add the ice at the end and pulse, or you end up with watery slush instead of a proper one. Three mint leaves is enough; much more and it tastes like toothpaste. Sweeten it by adding watermelon rather than sugar, sharpen it with more lime, and drink it straight away, because it separates as it melts.

- Put watermelon chunks, lime juice, and mint in a blender, and process until smooth. Add in ice cubes afterwards and process again (adding the ice after gives a slush consistency rather than juice).
- Taste and adjust measurements to your liking. To make it sweeter, add more watermelon. To make it more tart, add extra lime juice. For a more refreshing flavor, add more mint. To make it more slush-like, add more ice.
- Enjoy right away otherwise the slush will melt and it will become watery.
