supreme pizza sloppy joe fries
pizza as sloppy joes? this is such an easy one-skillet meal & full of so much flavor.
Ingredients
- 20 oz20 oz20 oz Frozen Bell Pepper and Onion Blend
- 16 oz16 oz16 oz Baby Bella Mushrooms, sliced
- 2 lb2 lb2 lb Ground Beef, I like to use a blend with organ meats
- 11.3 oz11.3 oz11.3 oz Unsweetened Ketchup - Primal Kitchen, 1 jar
- 0.5 - 1 cup0.5 - 1 cup0.5 - 1 cup Water
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 - 2 Tbsp1 - 2 Tbsp1 - 2 Tbsp Classic Monkfruit Sweetener (with Allulose) - Lakanto
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Primal Palate Amore, italian seasoning
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Onion Powder
- 111 Salt and Pepper, to taste
- 3 - 6 oz3 - 6 oz3 - 6 oz Pepperoni
- 3 - 6 oz3 - 6 oz3 - 6 oz Mozzarella Cheese, or pepper jack cheese
- 111 bacon, & avocado ranch loaded jicama fries bbq chicken (click for recipe), the BEST jicama fries from this recipe

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- in a large oven-safe skillet (optional if want to broil), saute peppers & onions.
- once peppers & onions start to saute, add in mushrooms & cook until those saute.
- move veggies to a plate, then brown meat.
- in a small bowl, whisk together ketchup, water, mustard, lakanto, & seasoning.
- once meat is fully cooked, add veggies & sauce mixture to the skillet.
- bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer for 10-15 minutes.
- add shredded cheese & pepperonis to skillet.
- broil skillet for 3-5 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
- garnish with any additional toppings - I listed some of my favorites.
- serve supreme pizza sloppy joes over jicama fries.
