Ingredients
- 1.5 cups1.5 cups1.5 cups Gluten Free Pretzel Sticks
- .5 cup.5 cup.5 cup Gluten Free Rolled Oats
- .5 cup.5 cup.5 cup Vanilla Protein Powder
- .5 cup.5 cup.5 cup unsweetened Coconut Flakes
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Flax Seed Meal, Or chia seeds
- .5 cup.5 cup.5 cup Creamy Peanut Butter, Any nut butter
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Pure Maple Syrup
- 3 Tbsp3 Tbsp3 Tbsp Coconut Oil, Melted
- .5 tsp.5 tsp.5 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Baking Chocolate Chips

Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Process your pretzels slightly until broken down, but not too much that it's just powder
- Add in oats and give another quick process
- Whisk together coconut oil, syrup, nut butter, vanilla, and coconut
- Then fold in pretzel & oat mixture, and protein powder , and flaxseeds
- Fold in chocolate chips
- Roll into balls (they may be a bit sticky)
- Place in fridge for 10+min until no longer sticky
- Enjoy!
