Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. In a large skillet book the beef in oil on medium heat, add salt and pepper. Break the meat apart and cook for 7-8 minutes until done.
  2. Add the onion, carrots, celery, zucchini, broccoli, cabbage, and garlic. Stir and cook for 5-6 minutes.
  3. In a small bowl mix the sauce ingredients and stir to blend.
  4. Pour into pan and stir to combine. Let cook for 3 minutes to heat up and thicken.
  5. Prepare toppings and set aside.
  6. In a bowl add the beef vegetable mixture and toppings.

Notes

You can serve this as is, or over rice, or cauliflower rice.
