The Best Chicken Marinade + Baked Chicken
I am guilty of buying bottled dressings and marinades to marinade chicken with. But truthfully, I am done with that. Homemade is so much cheaper and you probably already have all the ingredients you need to throw together a simple but delicious flavor combination. You can even just eyeball and get creative and throw a bunch of different oils vinegars, spices and herbs that you have all together. It's an art, not a science! I definitely recommend trying this simple one that I came up with for baking chicken and grilling it (either on your indoor grill pan, or save it for upcoming grilling season)!
