Salmon Burgers

- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Avocado Oil Mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Yellow Mustard

- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp All Purpose Flour
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Lettuce, Spring Mix Salad Greens
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Sweet Relish
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Sweet Potato

- Preheat your oven to 400°.
- Slice your sweet potato into circle pieces to replicate a bun. Place on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Place in the oven and bake for 18 to 20 minutes.
- While those are cooking, make your burger mix. Scoop the salmon mixture into a pan and cook over medium heat.
- Once the sweet potatoes are done, add your salmon burger to them, top with more relish and lettuce.
