Tuna Meatballs
These crispy tuna bites are the ultimate quick and nourishing meal! High in protein, perfectly seasoned, and baked until golden. They’re delicious on their own or served over a bowl of white rice with a drizzle of sriracha mayo. A simple, family-approved recipe that comes together in under 30 minutes!
Ingredients
- 2 whole2 whole2 whole Tuna, Canned
- 2 whole2 whole2 whole Green Onion (Scallion), Finely chopped

- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Egg
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Panko Bread Crumbs, I use organic breadcrumbs
- 1.5 tsp1.5 tsp1.5 tsp Soy Sauce, Low Sodium, Or coconut aminos

- 1 clove1 clove1 clove Garlic, Minced

- 0.75 tsp0.75 tsp0.75 tsp Sesame Oil
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Rice Vinegar
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Avocado Oil

- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Salt

- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Avocado Oil Mayonnaise
- 1.5 Tbsp1.5 Tbsp1.5 Tbsp Sriracha
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Rice Vinegar
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Sesame Oil
- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Sea Salt

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Lightly spray or drizzle with avocado oil.
- In a mixing bowl, combine tuna, green onion, egg, breadcrumbs, soy sauce, garlic, sesame oil, rice vinegar, avocado oil, salt.
- Mix until just combined, mixture should be moist but hold its shape when pressed. If too loose, add another Tbsp of breadcrumbs.
- Form into small meatballs/bites.
- Arrange on the baking sheet and mist the tops lightly with oil.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes, flipping halfway through, until lightly golden.
- While they are baking, whisk together all ingredients for sriracha mayo in a small bowl until smooth. Chill for 15–20 minutes before serving.
- Serve warm on a bed of basmati or jasmine rice and drizzle with spicy mayo.
