Chicken salad is something I never get tired of! This Tzatziki Chicken Salad is so fresh and light and just so delicious. If you are a Tzatziki sauce fan then you will fall in love with the flavors in this salad!
Ingredients
- 2 lb2 lb2 lb Skinless Chicken Breast, roasted and cubed
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Avocado Oil Mayonnaise
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Red Onion, diced
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Plain Yogurt, dairy free, unsweetened
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole English Cucumber, peeled, seeded & diced
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Lemon Juice, fresh
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp fresh Dill, or 1-2 tsp dried dill
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Salt
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Black Pepper
