Vegan Mint Chip Brownie Skillet

- 0.25 tsp0.25 tsp0.25 tsp Peppermint Extract
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup All Purpose Flour
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Cocoa Powder

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Beat together all wet ingredients in a bowl.
- In the same bowl, add the dry ingredients (don't add the ice cream!!)
- Once all ingredients have combined into a batter, pour into a greased skillet.
- Bake time depends on skillet size (time decreases as skillet size increases because the batter will be thicker in a smaller pan).
- Top the skillet with ice cream of choice and enjoy!
