Candy Cane Cookies (Vegan Option)

- 111 Flax Egg (1 tbsp ground flaxseed + 2.5 tbsp filtered water)
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup All Purpose Flour
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Vegan Protein Powder
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Baking Soda
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Baking Powder
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Chocolate Kisses, chopped

- Beat together the butter and sugar until fluffy.
- Add egg replacement and vanilla and mix until smooth.
- Then add all dry ingredients except the chocolates and stir into a dough.

- Scoop 1 ounce balls of dough out onto parchment lined baking sheet.
- Bake at 350 Degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes, then press in another peppermint chocolate candy.
- Let cool then serve!
