- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

- .5 whole.5 whole.5 whole Yellow Onion, diced
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Jalapeño Pepper, plus more if you like it spicy
- 15 oz15 oz15 oz Cannellini Beans
- 15 oz15 oz15 oz Kidney Beans
- 16 oz16 oz16 oz Diced Tomatoes
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Chicken Bone Broth

- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Barbecue Sauce

- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Bourbon - Makers Mark

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Smoked Paprika
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Chili Powder
- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Cumin, Ground

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Garlic Powder

- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Onion Powder

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Oregano, Dried

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Salt

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Place a pan on the stove over medium heat and drizzle in one tablespoon of olive oil. Wash and chop your yellow onion and jalapeno pepper and add to the pan once the oil is hot. Sautee for 2-3 minutes or until softened. Then add your ground chicken and cook about 90% of the way.
- Into your slow cooker add the cannellini beans, red kidney beans, diced tomatoes, chicken & veggie mixture, and spices. Stir to combine. In a measuring cup, combine the barbecue sauce and bone broth. Pour into the crockpot.
- Cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 4 hours.
- Serve and top with shredded cheddar or pepper jack cheese, sour cream, and avocado!
