We love dessert every single night and this has been our go-to! They are sweet and salty, and they have the perfect creaminess to them (because I used whole milk yogurt). I like to keep these in the freezer so we have them on hand. You could also adjust the size and make them a little smaller to serve to kiddos!

Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment or wax paper.
  2. In a small bowl, combine greek yogurt, peanut butter and maple syrup until smooth.
  3. Scoop onto baking sheet into round mounds (you should get about 6), and smooth over top so they aren’t too high.
  4. Place in freezer until frozen solid.
  5. When frozen, melt chocolate and coconut oil (or butter) until smooth and creamy.
  6. Dip each bar into the chocolate, and top with flakey sea salt.
  7. Freeze again until chocolate is solid. Enjoy!

Notes

If you use a low fat yogurt, they won't be as creamy. They will be hard and icey. You can play around with mix in's! This serves 6, but you can adjust the serving by how many you make. The smaller the mounds, the more servings you will get!
