Homemade, dye free, naturally sweetened sour patch gummies! In the cutest little ghost shapes! These only require a few nourishing ingredients. They're made with real fruit & protein rich grass fed beef gelatin. I made 2 flavors in total, and then used a pinch of matcha and a pinch of blue spirulina for the remaining colors. Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. For strawberry: combine 1/2 cup strawberry lemonade (or red juice of choice) with 1/4 cup gelatin in a small bowl. It will thicken into a gelatin bloom
  2. Make raspberry puree by warming, mashing, and straining some raspberries. This purée adds more flavor and a more vibrant red color
  3. Heat remaining juice and puree and lemon juice on stove.
  4. Note the lemon juice + the vitamin c coating is what adds to the sour taste here. You can leave both out for regular gummies
  5. Once warm add gelatin mixture to stove and stir until dissolved
  6. Pour into silicone gummy mold of choice
  7. Repeat the same process for mango puree, then divide into 3 bowls. Add a tiny pinch of matcha powder mixed with water to one to make green, and the same with blue spirulina and water to make blue (can also add blue spirulina to red to make purple)
  8. Allow gummies to firm up in the fridge for at least 1 hour
  9. For sour coating- toss gummies in vitamin c powder and brush off excess
  10. Enjoy!
  11. Store in the fridge

Notes

I coated them in vitamin c powder from pure synergy. It's got a tart citrus taste. Unflavored vit c powder but not taste good here
