  1. finely cut up all of your ingredients.
  2. to a bowl, add all ingredients except bread.
  3. toss salad ingredients with greek yogurt “honey” mustard.
  4. add bread to a skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes to “toast” bottom of each slide of bread.
  5. either make 2 open-faced sandwich or one sandwich by adding cobb salad mixture to the bread.
