triple threat open-faced tuna melts
i am a sucker for a good ole can of tuna. i know the smell can be a little off putting, BUT if you can get past that part it is such an easy, affordable, & IMO delicious source of protein. here I transform your typical tuna melt using 3 different cuisines - korean, italian, & moroccan. no more boring tuna melts in this house!

- to a slice of bread, add tuna mixture & top with cheese of choice.
- add tuna melt to a skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes to “toast” bottom of bread (this is the best way to toast my homemade bread), then add a lid to the skillet to melt the cheese.
