- 222 Green Onion (Scallion), finely chopped

- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Salt and Pepper
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Cilantro

- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Cashew Butter, or nut butter of choice

- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Cashew Butter Powder, or nut butter powder of choice
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Coconut Aminos
- 2 - 4 Tbsp2 - 4 Tbsp2 - 4 Tbsp Golden Monkfruit Sweetener (with Allulose) - Lakanto

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp White Miso Paste

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Lime Juice
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar, or apple cider vinegar
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Garlic Powder

- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Onion Powder

- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Gochugaru (Korean Chili Pepper Flakes), optional for extra spice

for serving
- Butter Lettuce, or any lettuce wrap
- Cashews, Raw, chopped

- Green Onion (Scallion), chopped

- Cilantro, chopped

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- to a skillet, first saute mushrooms, zucchini, & water chestnuts.
- once veggies start to become tender, remove from skillet, then add chicken & brown.
- once browned, add veggies back in plus green onions, seasonings, & cilantro.
- in a bowl, combine all ingredients for asian sauce.
- pour sauce into the chicken mixture + ~¼ cup water; simmer for 8-10 minutes.
- to a lettuce wraps, spoon chicken mixture in & top with cashews, green onions, & cilantro.
