Saucy Wings
Saucy Wings are a meal we can all agree on in our house. Isla loves the "coconut sauce" and it's a great way to get a quality meal on the table with minimal effort. Just add a side dish or two, and you're there!
Ingredients
- 3 lb3 lb3 lb Chicken Wings
- 1/4 cup1/4 cup1/4 cup Coconut Aminos
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Citrus Stir Fry Seasoning
- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Sesame Seeds, optional
- 3 Tbsp3 Tbsp3 Tbsp Green Onion (Scallion), sliced, optional

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Preheat your oven to 400F.
- Place the wings on a rimmed baking sheet, with the thicker skin side up. Pat them dry.
- Bake for 45 minutes at 400F.
- In a large, high walled pan, reduce the coconut aminos over medium heat for about 4-5 minutes. Add the spices to the sauce and swirl. Once the sauce gets some viscosity to it, remove from the heat.
- Add the cooked chicken wings to the pan, and toss with the sauce.
- Top with sliced green onion and sesame seeds, and serve!
