Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results

Spicy Ranch Dressing (optional)

  1. Place all of the ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.

Crispy Artichokes

  1. Drain the artichoke hearts and gently pat dry with a paper towel. Transfer to a bowl or plate.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the egg with milk.
  3. In a seperate shallow dish, mix together the almond flour, pecans, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and sea salt.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 390 degrees F. Using a fork or a toothpick, dip in the egg mixture, then the flour/nut mixture. Place the artichoke hearts in a single layer in the air fryer.
  5. Cook for 7 minutes at 390, then flip and cook another 4-5 minutes.
  6. Serve hot with ranch dressing!
