Moroccan Inspired Sloppy Joes
Ingredients

- 1 lb1 lb1 lb Ground Beef, (sub other ground meat or plant based alternative of choice)

- 2 cups2 cups2 cups Spinach, (see notes)
- Salt, to taste/health needs

- In a skillet, sear ground meat to golden brown over medium high-heat.
- Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a simmer, cover, lower the heat to low & cook for 25 minutes, or until protein is fully cooked.
- Serve in pita bread with yogurt, cucumber, tomatoes and feta cheese.
