My go to cookie for when my sweet cravings are through the roof. These are low in sugar so disclaimer they do not taste exactly the same as a sugary cookie but they are great satisfying filling option.

Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. in a bowl whisk together all the wet ingredients until smooth
  2. Fold in the dry ingredients
  3. Roll the cookie batter into balls and flatten onto a lined baking tray. Keep in mind the cookies do not flatten out while baking so mould into desired cooking shape before cooking.
  4. Bake at 180C for about 25-30 mins or until golden.
  5. Makes 6-7 large cookies or 12-13 smaller ones.
