🍪guilt free chip oat cookies 🍪
My go to cookie for when my sweet cravings are through the roof. These are low in sugar so disclaimer they do not taste exactly the same as a sugary cookie but they are great satisfying filling option.
Ingredients
Wet ingredients
- 222 Eggs
- 190 grams190 grams190 grams Creamy Peanut Butter
- 65 grams65 grams65 grams Applesauce, Unsweetened
- 65 ml65 ml65 ml Maple Flavored Syrup - Lakanto, or any sugar-free maple syrup
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
Dry ingredients
- 90 grams90 grams90 grams Oats, Rolled
- 50 grams50 grams50 grams Oat Flour
- 50 pint50 pint50 pint Monk Fruit Sweetener
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Salt
- 90 grams90 grams90 grams Sugar-Free Dark Choc Baking Chips - Noshu, (optional)
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- in a bowl whisk together all the wet ingredients until smooth
- Fold in the dry ingredients
- Roll the cookie batter into balls and flatten onto a lined baking tray. Keep in mind the cookies do not flatten out while baking so mould into desired cooking shape before cooking.
- Bake at 180C for about 25-30 mins or until golden.
- Makes 6-7 large cookies or 12-13 smaller ones.
