These adorable gluten-free truffles are made from just three simple ingredients and make for the perfect holiday gift!
Ingredients
- 36 whole36 whole36 whole Gluten Free Oreo
- 8 oz8 oz8 oz Kite Hill Cream Cheese
- 8 oz8 oz8 oz Sugar Free White Chocolate Chips
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Vanilla Frosting (Simple Mills)
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Sprinkles, white, round

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Add gluten-free Oreos to a food processor and pulse to break down into crumbs.
- Add cream cheese to a bowl and beat until creamy.
- Add in cookie crumbs and beat to combine.
- Scoop out batter into your hand and shape into a square.
- Set on a lined baking sheet and freeze for 15 minutes
- Melt white chocolate and add food dye of your choice to make desired color. I used red and green.
- Dip each Oreo truffle box into melted chocolate.
- Chill truffles again for 5 minutes.
- Once chocolate is firm. pipe on frosting using small frosting tip to make ribbon and bows.
- Top with sprinkles, if using.
