  1. Shred the zucchini, pressing the excess water from it or draining it for 1-2 hours.
  2. Add the zucchini, egg and coconut flour to a bowl and combine well.

  4. Place in the oven at 375 for 30-40 minutes until golden brown and slightly crispy.
