ahi tuna may be intimidating, but it seriously easy peasy & absolutely delicious! this bowl may have lots of ingredients, but you can throw it together in no time at all. hope you enjoy all the yummy flavors (:

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. preheat oven to 400.
  2. to a sheet pan, evenly space out triangular cut coconut wraps.
  3. add any seasonings you like, then place in the oven to bake for ~4-5 minutes.
  4. remove from oven & let sit until everything else is prepared - they will crisp up!
  5. combine tuna, coconut aminos, miso, lime juice, & vinegar in a bag; marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  6. heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
  7. remove tuna from bag & coat with the EBTB seasoning.
  8. add a little oil to the skillet, then sear tuna on every side for ~1 minute.
  9. allow tuna to rest, then slice.
  10. to assemble nachos, first starch with a base of wonton strips.
  11. then add on slaw, mango, avocado, cucumber, & ahi tuna.
  12. garnish with cilantro & nori.
  13. mix sauce ingredients, then drizzle on top & enjoy.
