Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Prepare sauce in a bowl, whisk until combined, set aside.
  2. Wash lettuce, separate each leaf. Set aside to drain.
  3. In a skillet cook the meat in the oil over medium until done. Crumble meat into small bits.
  4. Add salt, zucchini, onion, ginger, and garlic then cook for 5 minutes. Stir periodically.
  5. Add green onions and turn heat off.
  6. Spoon the mixture into a lettuce leaf and serve.
  7. Serve with rice or cauliflower rice if desired.

Notes

You can use peanut butter if preferred over almond butter.
