- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Salt

- 2 whole2 whole2 whole Apples, Honeycrisp, chopped, use any kind you like

- Preheat the oven to 375ºF and prepare an 8x8-inch baking pan with non-stick baking spray and a piece of parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the milk, eggs, maple syrup (or honey), and vanilla extract and whisk until smooth and fully combined.
- Add in the rolled oats, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt, and mix until combined.
- Fold in the chopped apples.
- Pour the oatmeal mixture into the prepared pan and bake for 40-45 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden brown and pulling away from the pan.
- Allow to cool for several minutes before serving with a scoop of whipped cream or vanilla Greek yogurt on top. Enjoy!
