Beef Tips Sheet Pan Meal
This sheet pan meal is easy and flavorful, and it's also Whole30 and Paleo compatible. The beef is marinated overnight to give it a bold flavor.
Ingredients
- 2 lb2 lb2 lb Beef Sirloin Steak Tips
- .5 cup.5 cup.5 cup Coconut Aminos
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Rice Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Thyme, dry
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Onion Powder
- 2 whole2 whole2 whole Sweet Potato, small-medium, small dice
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Yellow Onion, large, large dice
- 2 whole2 whole2 whole Bell Pepper, large dice

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- In a medium bowl, whisk the coconut aminos, rice vinegar, sesame oil, thyme, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Toss the beef tips in the marinade, cover them, and place them in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
- After 24 hours, preheat the oven to 400 degrees and line a sheet pan with parchment paper. You may need two sheet pans, depending on the size you own. Toss the beef and any excess marinade with the sweet potatoes, onion, and bell peppers.
- Spread the beef and vegetable mixture on the sheet pan in a single layer.
- Place in the oven and roast for 35-40 minutes.
- The beef should be cooked, and the vegetables should be soft when it's done cooking.
