Everyone’s favorite cookie butter, in ice cream form! This Biscoff Ice Cream incorporates the smooth creaminess of Biscoff Ice Cream with the crunchy bites of Biscoff Cookies.

- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Heavy Cream (Whipping Cream)
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Lotus Biscoff Cookie Butter (Creamy)
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Granulated White Sugar
- 555 Lotus Biscoff Cookies

- In a mason jar, combine heavy whipping cream, sugar, and Biscoff Cookie Butter.
- Break up the Biscoff Cookies and add them to the jar.
- Put the lid on the jar, and shake it to combine the ingredients. (If needed you can use a spoon to help stir them together.)
- Place the jar in the freezer with the lid off, and freeze for 4 hours or until completely frozen.
