Brown Sugar Banana Bread
This brown sugar banana bread is the perfect afternoon snack or dessert when you’re craving something a little bit sweet! It’s moist, soft and SO delicious.
Ingredients

- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Unsalted Butter, softened
- 0.75 cup0.75 cup0.75 cup Brown Sugar
- 2 whole2 whole2 whole Eggs
- 0.333 cup0.333 cup0.333 cup Plain Yogurt
- 2 cups2 cups2 cups Banana, mashed
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract

- Preheat oven to 180°C/350°F. Grease & line a loaf pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, beat butter and brown sugar until creamy. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in yogurt, mashed bananas, and vanilla.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Pour batter into the pan and bake for 60-65 minutes.
- Cool in the pan for 1 hour, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Cover and store for 2 days at room temperature, or 1 week in the fridge. Enjoy!
